Who Are CSL Looking For?
As the Head of IoT Business Development you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for CSL’s wide range of IoT solutions. Your role will include working with marketing to close inbound leads as well as self-sourcing relevant opportunities in sectors that are allocated to you.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn more about the IoT market and all the exciting technology that comes with the job. You will need exceptional organisational and client-facing skills. The Role:
This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and strategic long-term company objectives.
- Identify and close sales to new customers & partners to achieve growth targets
- Work with colleagues to develop opportunities in existing partner accounts
- Maintain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Manage, track and analyse key account metrics including service levels, contract performance profitability etc.
- Deliver regular performance status, including but not limited to, keeping your pipeline updated and results presentations to internal and external teams.
- Develop win-win solutions for both company and client via effective contract negotiation.
- Attending industry exhibitions, forums, seminars, trades shows, awards and events relevant for their business sector.
- Aiding with all communications with customers
- Assisting in the preparation and follow up process of onboarding new clients.
- Planning and identifying marketing campaigns to effectively engage with target audience.
Key Skills & Qualifications Sought:
- Professional level competency in both English and Swedish.
- Understanding of wireless and cellular IoT/M2M environment (2G/3G/4G, Voice, SMS, IP, APNs, VPNs, SIMs).
- Show attention to detail in diagnosing, fault finding and resolving customer issues.
- Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Confident meeting with customers.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Good knowledge of IT applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to travel when needed, including to UK.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Flawless communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confidence to work autonomously and liaise with a mix of individuals.
- A keen eye for detail with excellent organisational skills.
- A strong team player who can collaborate on truly diverse projects.
